The "festival du film francophone" in Athens
Yes, in Athens, French films, in French, with French stars, as Béatrice Dalle, Vincent Cassel, Astérix... and so many others we are waiting for.

Now... it's also by night !!!!
Well... let me tell you that something's really growing in the land where I live as an Gritoland ambassador. That's just an incredible timespace... really.... you can't picture it.
Yesterday, by a cool evening, I was just walking in the streets of Bordeaux, looking for some cool places in order to take a drink and share a good night time. But after a few minutes (around 10:30pm), I heard the growing loud noise of voices from an angry crowd in the distance.
For the first time of my Grito's life, I felt a little bit like Clint Eastwood : alone in the middle of a large avenue, silence was everywhere behind me, right and left, but... that heavy crowd was now right in front of me !!!
Yes, you're right ! They are now also here by night... and this city looks more and more often as a humanoid twilight zone. I decided to run in above streets, in order to see how people were reacting to that new event. And everywhere, I saw the same behaviours; bars and cafes were percautiously putting away chairs in a hurry, ready to close to the night.
Did they feared some kind of riots ? Even if everybody there seemed really angry but excited by the situation, these people, quite young, seemed to come around from everywhere. At first, they were out for a typical friday night, but when they heard an old grandpapa from XXth century taking to them on TV around 20:00pm, everything went wrong.
Of course, policemen were around... and I was really surprised to discover that even if they remained quite and were just waiting in order to count the crowd, they were also carrying real weapons, not fake ones.
So what ?... Is that hell in France ? No, I don't think so. But... there's something in the air, and be sure that I'll report any interesting facts about it it in the weeks to come.
